Recreational
League (also
known as Class
"A")

rules)
Any
non-returning
players
registering at
the GPBBI office
or Bowles Life
Center during
open sign ups
which did not
play in the
GPBBI Spring
2009 Recreation
League will be
placed in the
Recreational
League Player
Pool and
will be assigned
to a
recreational
team based on
school
attendance
and/or school
cluster.
Returning
players
from Spring 2009
Recreation
League may stay
with the same
Head Coach
from the Spring
2009 League or
may opt to go
into the
Recreation
League Player
Pool by going to
the GBPPI Office
or Bowles Life
Center during
open sign ups
and registering
to play.
New Head Coaches
may protect up
to 4 players
using the player
protection form.
All other open
spots will be
filled using the
recreational
player pool.
Returning
Head Coaches
from a Spring
2009 Recreation
League Team may
keep all of
his/her players
from their
Spring 2009
Roster. These
players will be
treated as
protected
players and the
parent will be
required to sign
the team
protected player
form.

Select League

All Select
League teams
must bring a
full roster
of players
to
registration
to
register the
team to play
in the
Select
League. No
player
assignments
will come
from the
open sign
ups
Recreational
League
Player Pool.
There will
be no
recruiting
allowed in
the GBPPI
office. No
exceptions.
Coaches
conduct your
tryouts and
player
recruiting
prior to
sign ups,
not at the
office. We
have added a
Message
Board to aid
you in
recruitment
of players
and
announcement
of tryouts.
