GPBBI CITY FALL BALL LEAGUE SIGN UP's

Aug 7th,14th, & 21st

Sign ups will be from 10:00am to 2:00pm @ GPBBI Office Located at 113 S. Center St.

We are going to have an "A" League and an "AA" League

$60 for individual players or $600 for a team.

To Qualify as a team a coach must bring in all applications at on time, there will be no exceptions to this rule.

LEAGUE AGE AS OF APRIL 30, 2011
 

(This fee does not include uniform for either league)

All fees are payable at sign-ups and are not refundable.

Fees are payable to G.P.B.B.I. by check, cash, or money order only. Credit cards and debit cards will not be accepted.

All regular season tournaments at Grand Prairie and overflow parks will have a   $100 gate unless listed different. Big League Dreams will be $3 per day $1 under 12

13U AA 		We will furnish two baseballs and water in the dugouts. This is a benefit tournament and we will expand to other field if necessary. Matt is a quadriplegic and we are trying to help with his medical bills.
